FAQs Page
FAQs or Common Questions can be set up in categories to allow your viewers to more easily find what they are looking for.
No HTML is needed in the FAQ Categories as the system applies the style when it uses it in the site.
Adding an FAQ
A) In the Black Bar at the top of the screen click on the Modules link.B) Roll over FAQs in the Grey Bar.
C) Click on Add FAQ.
D) A new record will appear. The following fields are available to be used.
- Sort Number - The order the FAQ shows.
- Question - The Frequently Asked Question goes in here.
- Answer - The answer to the Frequently Asked Question goes in here.
- Image - You can add an image to the FAQ
- Category - The Category that this FAQ applies to.
- Related Services - If there are any services that this FAQ relates to, tick them here. They will show within the Service item that you have ticked. Leave these entries unticked if you do not want the question to also show on a service.
E) Click on the Add FAQ button at the bottom of the screen.
Adding an FAQ Category
A) In the Black Bar at the top of the screen click on the Modules link.B) Roll over FAQs in the Grey Bar.
C) Click onAdd Category .
D) A new record entry will appear. The following fields are available to be used.
- Sort Number - The order the Category shows.
- Title - The title of the Category, i.e. Common Questions
- Section - Which section the Category is applied to. If you have multiple sections, this is useful when using modules.
- Show Online - A tick box to indicate whether you would like everything within this category to show online or not.
E) Click on the Add button at the bottom of the screen.
