Taking and send a screenshot by email

If you need to send us a screenshot to help us diagnose a problem please do the following.

1. Go to the page of the website you wish to capture.
   
2. Press the 'Print Screen' button on your keyboard once. This might also be labelled 'PRT SCN' or 'PS' or some other similar shortening of the words.
   
3. Now go to your email programme (Outlook, windows live etc)
   
4. Start a new email
   
5. Write a brief explanation of the issue and the press the CTRL and V (at the same time) buttons on your keyboard to paste the captured screenshot into the email. You can also Right Click on your mouse and press paste.
6. Once you have finished, send the email
   
7. We will take a look at your email and get back to you.
